Consulting services

The webinar series can be adapted for organizations, HR teams, community groups, and employee programs. Here's how that works.

Why organizations engage us

Financial wellbeing programs have grown significantly as an area of organizational focus. Many of them emphasize budgeting tools, savings targets, and debt management. These are valuable.

What's less common is a program that helps people develop the thinking capacity behind financial decisions — not telling them what to decide, but helping them understand how they decide.

That's the gap this consulting offer addresses. It's complementary to financial planning resources, not a replacement for them.

The consulting process

01

Initial conversation

We start with a conversation about your organization's context, the participant group, and what you're hoping the program contributes to. No commitment required at this stage.

02

Format selection

Based on the conversation, we identify which format fits best — full series, single workshop, or facilitator training. We discuss timing, group size, and delivery mode.

03

Case study customization

Where appropriate, we adapt or select case studies that reflect the specific financial decisions relevant to your participant group. This ensures the material lands with relevance.

04

Delivery

Sessions are facilitated live. We handle the full facilitation process. Your role is simply to ensure participants are present and the space — physical or virtual — is set up correctly.

05

Follow-up

After the program concludes, we provide a summary of key discussion themes and any follow-up questions that emerged. We're available for a debrief conversation.
